When history is the last objection
The deal is agreed, the champion is bought in, and then someone asks what happens to five years of recorded calls. We are the answer you can put in writing without staking your own credibility on it.
What we do
Run the migration end to end — scoping, mapping, loading and a per-record reconciliation report your customer can audit. You stay out of the delivery.
What we need
An introduction and the source platform. We handle scoping directly with the customer and keep you copied on the timeline, so you always know where it stands.
What it costs you
Nothing. We are paid by the customer for the migration. Referrals carry no fee in either direction unless we agree one in writing.
What we will and won’t tell your customer
We will tell them exactly what does not migrate — transcripts from their old platform, calls under a minute, recordings the source marks private — before they sign anything. That conversation is easier before a contract than after a reconciliation report.
We will not oversell to protect a deal. If a migration is a bad idea for a particular customer, we will say so, and you will hear it from us before they do. A referral that goes badly costs you more than the one you did not make.
For RevOps consultancies
You hit this problem repeatedly and it never gets cheaper to solve yourself. Rate limits, attribution that cannot be repaired after the fact, and the reconciliation nobody budgets for — every one of those is work we have already done.
Subcontract the migration and keep the implementation engagement. We do not compete with you on advisory work and we do not go around you to the customer.
Got a deal waiting on this?
Tell us the source platform and roughly how much history is involved. We will come back within one business day with something you can forward.
