Privacy
This covers what we collect from people who visit this site or become customers. How we handle the data inside a migration is a separate and stricter question, covered on our security page.

What we collect from this site
If you request scoping, we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email address, company, optionally your role, and whatever you tell us about what you are moving. We also record how you arrived, so we know which of our pages are useful.
That is the only form on the site. We do not ask for anything else, and there is nothing to sign up for.
Why we collect it
To answer you. A scoping request is a question about a specific migration, and we cannot respond without knowing who asked and what they are moving.
We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or add you to a newsletter — there isn’t one.
Spam protection
The scoping form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission came from a person rather than a script. It sees request metadata, not what you typed.
How long we keep it
Scoping requests are kept while we are in conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back. If you would rather we deleted yours, ask and we will, and we will confirm when it is done.
Data belonging to an actual migration — job records, mapping tables, reconciliation reports — is kept for 90 days after sign-off and then deleted, as described on our security page.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond — we are a small enough operation that this is a person reading your email, not a ticket queue.
Who else is involved
The third parties that handle any of this are listed, with what each one does, on our subprocessors page.
